Pricing

What Goes Into the Cost

Every kitchen is priced on its own scope, so there’s no honest one-size number. These are the things that move it most:
COST FACTOR 1

The cabinets

Keeping, refacing or replacing them is usually the biggest single decision in the budget.

COST FACTOR 2

The countertops

Material and edge detail make a real difference, and so does the number of seams.

COST FACTOR 3

Whether the layout changes

Moving the sink or range, or taking out a wall, adds plumbing, electrical and inspection time.

COST FACTOR 4

The backsplash and floor

Tile choice, pattern and how much wall and floor you cover.

From First Visit to Finished Kitchen

How It Works

How long it takes depends on the scope, and you get the schedule along with the price. Countertops can't be templated until the cabinets are in, so every kitchen has a built-in pause while they're fabricated.

Demolition, Rough-In and Cabinets

Tear-out, any plumbing or electrical changes and inspections, then the cabinets go in.

Countertops, Backsplash and Finish

Counters are templated off the installed cabinets and fabricated, then the backsplash, trim and flooring go in.

Common Questions

Do I need a permit to remodel a kitchen in Roswell?

It depends on the work. The City of Roswell requires a permit to alter a building, or to install, alter or replace electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing systems. Moving the sink, adding circuits, running a gas line or taking out a wall all need one. Painting and floor coverings don't. We confirm your scope with the city's Building Division and handle the permit.

Can you do just the backsplash?

Yes. A backsplash on its own is a normal job for us and usually doesn't touch plumbing or wiring. See kitchen backsplash installation.

Do you work in my part of Roswell?

Yes, across the city. Share your address when you contact us and we'll confirm.
