Kitchen Remodeling in Buckhead, Atlanta
Houses and High-Rises Need Different Plans. We Make Both.
Custom Tile of Atlanta remodels kitchens in Buckhead's single-family homes and condo buildings, from a new backsplash to a complete kitchen. In a condo, the building's rules shape the job as much as the design does, and we plan for them from the first visit.
The Kitchen Remodels We Take On
Kitchen Projects
Full Kitchen Remodel
Cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring and lighting, done in the right order so the kitchen is out of service for as short a stretch as possible.
Cabinets and Countertops
New or refaced cabinets, with countertops templated off the installed cabinets rather than a drawing.
Backsplash Installation
A new tile backsplash on its own, cut cleanly around outlets and finished at the cabinet edges.
Kitchen Flooring
Tile or luxury vinyl plank over a subfloor that's been checked and leveled first.
Layout Changes
Removing a wall, moving the sink or range, or adding an island.
Before You Start a Kitchen Remodel
Common Questions
Do I need a permit to remodel a kitchen in Buckhead?
Buckhead is part of the City of Atlanta, so permits come from the City of Atlanta Office of Buildings. The city publishes a list of work that's exempt, and we check your scope against it before starting. Properties in a designated landmark or historic district can also need a Certificate of Appropriateness.
Do you remodel condo kitchens?
Yes. We work with building management on approvals, elevator reservations and work hours before the project starts.
Can you replace just the countertops and backsplash?
Yes. If the cabinets are in good shape, new counters and a tile backsplash change the kitchen without a full remodel. See kitchen backsplash installation.
